ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks (AMTB) has a joint venture with our partner Delaco Steel (Delaco). This joint venture runs three facilities in the United States: Dearborn, Michigan, Montezuma, Iowa, and Tonawanda, New York. AMTB owns 49 percent of each joint venture, and Delaco owns 51 percent.
