Sales and use tax
Direct payment permits allow ArcelorMittal to purchase all materials, supplies and services from vendors exempt from sales and use tax, and pay the tax due directly to the proper state and/or local authority. A copy of the direct payment permits for applicable ArcelorMittal facilities may be downloaded by selecting the facility from the following list.
